YOSA grabbed 3 vital away points in Douala



Yong Sport Academy (YOSA) has earned a rare one-nil away victory over Union Sportive of Douala in a delayed match of the 4th day of play in the National Elite One Championship, played this afternoon at the Douala Reunification Stadium.

The lone goals of the encounter was scored by Mogou Ghaislain at the 67th minute of the game from a solo effort after he profited from the high pressing of Union to outpaced the home defense from about 30 metres out to calmly beat the keeper.

The result means YOSA now climbs out of the danger zone after just two matches played. The Bamenda side with two delayed matches in hand counts 4 points and occupies the 12th spot on the 19 log table. The result also leaves Union on 4 points and one place above YOSA after 3 matches played.

This weekend YOSA travels to Loum to confront Union Movements Sportive for the 5th day of play.
