PWD Beats Racing to Maintain Unbeaten Run

PWD Bamenda has maintained an unbeaten start to the season with a precious away win this afternoon in Dschang, beating Racing of Bafoussam one-nil in a day three encounter. The lone goal was scored by Dhobit Clovis at the 36 minute after he collected a through ball from Song to beat keeper.

The result means PWD and Canon of Yaoundé remain the only unbeaten sides in the league, boosting a 100% record.  Racing, that dropped from the Elite I last season sinks further down the table on three point after as many games.

Canon also make sure that the keep the momentum and the hopes of the returning to the top flight where they played last season alive with a 2-0 victory over Panthere of Nde.  AS Etoa Meki remains unbeaten but dropped points following a 2-all tie with Tonnerre of Yaounde.  The Match in Bamenda between National Polytechnic (NPB) and Cosmos was interrupted by heavy down pour.
