Clovis Dorbit (scored winning goal)

We needed this victory to assure our fans and supporters to count on us. This is our first season in the championship and I believe we would be a force to reckon with. We didn’t expect our opponents to be this tough, but with quality players from Nigeria I am sure the championship would be a rough one to ride.

Koni Emmanuel Coach Bang Bullets

It was a difficult game and we came up against a tough side. They got an early goal but we were quick to respond but the fault resulting to the penalty from my position was not just, and I think the referee handed the victory to Phoenix. The return leg would be a different game and on a better pitch.
