African Youth Leaders Exchanged Ideas On Possible United Africa

Princely Kindong Kafain displaying Award for outstanding participation

African Youth leaders from some 27 African countries have exchanged ideas on a possible united Africa with little or no barriers in trade and cooperation.

During the event that lasted for 10 days, Cameroon was represented by the President and the first Vice President of the Cameroon National Youth Council, Fadimatou Iyawa Uosmanou and Princely Kindong Kafain respectively.

Held in Egypt recently, the come together was very effective for the Cameroonian delegation who returned home with great ideas that will be used towards a better Cameroon for tomorrow’s youths.

Returning to Cameroon, Princely Kindong Kafain told reporters that the forum was an interesting one given that they shared ideas with great leaders of other African countries. He further said, they gathered a lot and also opened cooperation with the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sport and will be implementing the outcome in Cameroon in no distance time.

According to information gathered by this reporter, the Cameroonian delegation came back with an award for outstanding participation during the forum.

The forum was also important because the President of Egypt, H.E Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, will be the next chairman of the African Union. He is expected to use this continental platform to facilitate easy cooperation amongst African youths regional integration.

Nevertheless, immediately after their returned to Cameroon, the National youth council office paid a visit to the Egyptian Ambassador to Cameroon where they were briefed on future cooperation’s which will better strengthen the Cameroon – Egypt relationship.
