Newly appointed regional heads of departments have been called upon by Northwest Governor Lele L’Afrique to be duty conscious, respect state institutions and use the means placed at their disposal to further the work of the state, during their official installation Friday February 22, 2013 at the Bamenda Congress Hall.

“You should promote grassroots structures, improve on the delivery of government services to the people of the northwest and judiciously use the resources put at your disposal” the governor said.

Asked why the officially installation is coming this late when some of the delegates were appointed since 2011, the governor responded that he has recently taken over and this was just the appropriate time.
