The draws for the second phase of the Northwest Regional Second Division championship (NW D2) has been made at a ceremony at the NW FECAFOOT secretariat Monday June 24, 2013, with the top four teams from both pools to clash in a direct knockout to determine the champion of the region.

Bang Bullet and Nkambe FC will clash in the first game on Friday June 28, as from 1 pm, while Tatecam confront Rainbow FC as from 3 pm in the second encounter.

On Sunday June 30, Ngoketunja FC takes on FC Bamenda at 1pm, and later on as from 3 pm, Rush FC Bali will face PWD of Bamenda. All the matches would be played in the Bamenda Municipal Stadium in a single leg.

The winner of the matches between Bang Bullets and Nkambe FC will go on to confront the winner of the match between Ngoketunjia and FC Bamenda in the first Semi finals.  The second semi finals will pit the winners of the match Tatecam and Rainbow FC against the winner between Rush FC Bali and PWD of Bamenda.

The winner of the second phase would be crowned champions of the Northwest Regional Second division League and would go on to represent the region in a national tournament bringing together the champions of the 10 region to compete for three available tickets into the MTN Elite 2 national championship.

Amongst the eight teams at this stage of the competition, three, Bamenda FC, Rush FC Bali Nyonga and Tatecam FC of Nkwen have qualified for the 32nd finals of the national challenge cup of Cameroon.
