Players of the National Team have been converging on Waterloo, Belgium for their next international assignment, a friendly against the Super Eagles of Nigeria this weekend. Clinton Njie and Aurelien Chedjou who missed out the last assignment against the Gambia in September where amongst the first to arrived Waterloo yesterday.

17 of the 25 players called up arrived yesterday while eight are still being awaited. Amongst them Joel Matip and Choupo Moting from Schalke 04 -Germany,  Enoh Eyong-Belgium, Ambroise Bitolo – USA, Vincent Abubakar FC Porto-Portugal, Allan Nyom from Watford –England and Fabrice Ondoa – Spain

Already in camp are Clinton Njié, Aurélien Chedjou, Stéphane Mbia, Léonard Kweuke, Raoul Loé, Guy-Roland Ndy-Assembé, André Onana, Dani Ndi, Salli Edgar, Nicolas Nkoulou, Benjamin Moukandjo, Jacques Zoua, Sébastien Bassong and Kombi Mandkang amongst others

Volke Finke said the Belgium come together will also serve as preparation ahead of the second round CAF qualifiers for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
